MindFlex Health was founded by Dr. Matt Scult, a PhD clinical psychologist with a passion for transforming mental healthcare. While working at several academic medical centers, he saw firsthand that the traditional mental healthcare model was leaving many without adequate mental health support.
He transitioned from academia to the private sector, where he worked with a range of companies, from small pre-seed startups to established public mental health corporations. He learned the language of business and discovered that true innovation occurs when clinical best practice, technology, and business objectives are strategically aligned.
Since its inception, MindFlex Health has grown, bringing on additional consultants who share this vision. Our team comprises PhD clinical scientists with a unique blend of healthcare and industry experience, dedicated to helping businesses navigate the nuances of digital mental health.
